The Content Security Gateway (CSG) 300 is designed to meet the content security and resource requirements of small-medium organizations (and the branch offices of larger organizations) of up to several hundred nodes. Powered by the same stream-based scanning technology found in the CSG 110. It can scan 68Mbps of HTTP traffic and 160,000 email messages per hour on SMTP.

The CSG 300 is a comprehensive content security appliance. It protects against viruses, worms, spyware, adware, and other malware on HTTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, FTP, and HTTPS. It also includes other content security applications such as anti-spam, email content filtering, and URL filtering. All of these applications for an unlimited number of users, and the first year of support and updates, are included in the product price.
